The Shorts shelf and the Shorts tab disappear, Shorts in your feed are hidden, and a Shorts page you open is paused. One switch in the popup if you want them back.

Fovely checks each title against your goal and blurs the ones that don't fit.

Nothing changes outside a session, so YouTube is still yours in the evening.
