Common questions

Signing in doesn't work

Fovely signs in with Google in a small window. If it closes without signing you in, allow pop-ups for Chrome's sign-in window and try again from the Fovely popup.

Something useful was hidden

Fovely judges titles against your goal and can be wrong. Click "It's for my goal, allow it" on the overlay, or on the blurred video. A more specific goal ("Learn React hooks" rather than "Programming") helps. With Pro you can add sites to Always allowed in Settings.

Something distracting wasn't hidden

Fovely hides only what clearly doesn't fit your goal and shows anything it isn't sure about. With Pro, add sites to Always blocked, or turn on Every website.

Cancelling Pro

Open Fovely's Settings (from the popup's account menu) and choose Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Within 14 days of a payment you can get a full refund; see the refund policy. Paddle, our reseller, processes it.

Your data

To delete your account and everything stored with it, open Settings and choose Delete account. What Fovely processes is described in the privacy policy.
